Tuesday is my least favorite day of the week. I like Monday because Monday is always busy for me. Things would slow down a bit on Tuesdays and there are still three days left till the weekend. I know, it feels like a long wait. 🙄
For me Tuesdays are also the days that I feel least motivated to work out. In order to kick the laziness off my butt and get my metabolism going, I usually would do one of my favorite cardio workouts and incorporate some abs or muscles training.
Today’s program is very simple:
30 minutes cycling plus 100 full body push-ups
Here’s a breakdown of my program:
3 minutes warmup. RPM is around 90 with moderate resistance
5 minutes Moutain Climbs at 65 RPM with heavy resistance
5 minutes spinning at 110 RPM with medium high resistance
5 minutes jumps at 85 RPM with heavy resistance
5 minutes mixed drill: heavy resistance training 65 RPM plus spinning at 100 RPM with medium high resistance.
5 minutes spinning at 100 RPM with full body push-ups: 30 seconds spinning, 20 push-ups. Repeat for 5 rounds.
2 minutes cool down and stretch.
