Blue Satin Blouse

It’s a super windy day in Fargo today. And the temperature dropped to a high 70s. It gave you the chills of the early autumn. I still can’t believe there are only two weeks left this summer. Time goes way too fast.

On a chilly day like this, I decided to put on this blue satin blouse I got from TJMaxx a couple of years ago.

This is one of those items that’s been sitting in my closet forever and you’d just never worn them. One day, you were surprised to find it in some corner of your closet and decided to give it a try. This blouse happened to be the case.

When I first got this blouse, I loved its unique blue theme which I didn’t see this type of blue often. Based on my research, this blue is called Olympic Blue. The cut is loose and the fabric is silky satin with some sleek balloon sleeves.

I styled it with a pair of loose paper bag pants I got from H&M to give it a modern feel.

Here’s the breakdown of the styling items:

Blouse: Violet & Claire (similar here)

Pants: H&M (similar here)

Pumps: Nine West (similar here)

Sunnies: Prada (here)

Handbag: Chanel (here, similar here)
