For this whole summer, Monday has always been my payback days. The reason was simple. I ate a lot of crap during the weekend. 😩Diet plan was totally thrown out of window. This is the part I hate about summer season. All these drinking and eating pizzas, burgers and hotdogs just made me sick. Of course, will always gain a couple pounds after the weekend.
I’m happy to get back home and I’m happy to get back to my routine.
Today I went to the gym, not feeling motivated at all. All of these junk food in my system couldn’t give me any positive energy. My metabolism was low.
I opted to do my favorite workout-cycling.
When I first started it, it was tough. My body just wouldn’t cope. It took me a little longer to warm up. But once I warmed up, I challenged myself as usual by riding to a higher RPM around 110 with moderate heavy resistance.
I biked 30 minutes with high intensity. My average RPM was about 95 and my heart rate was around 155. In thirty minutes, I burned about 425 calories in total. And I ended my workout with 8 minutes abs workout.
